Hello everyone,
I'd like to keep everyone up to date and informed of the issue we're experiencing. We're sorry but we experienced an database incident which has caused our Admin panel which we use to service and activate your accounts is down.
This issue is being addressed by 3 teams of developers to restore the panel as soon as possible without data loss.
Some people may experience errors with the startup show app as a result or their account may have expired but we're unable to fix the issue until our admin panel is restored.
We're hoping sometime tonight everything will be back to normal but at worst case it may take until the morning before everything is restored completely.
