We are aware that some users are currently experiencing login issues. This is due to a site-wide password update that is currently being implemented.
To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

Navigate to your Tivimate settings and log out of your account.

Log back in using your existing credentials.

If your login is unsuccessful, please try adding “ns” (lowercase) to the end of your current password.

If you are unable to log out or continue to experience issues, please uninstall and reinstall the app:

Open Downloader on your device.

Enter the code 4887483 to reinstall Tivimate.

Once reinstalled, log back in using the updated password.

All account data will remain the same.
