Hello everyone,

We want to provide full transparency regarding recent performance issues some of you have experienced. Following our latest security update, we’ve identified that the enhancements—while essential—have had a heavier impact on app performance than expected. We want to assure you that your information remains fully protected and secure.

At this time, our servers have been targeted by malicious parties through DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks. These attacks overwhelm servers with fake traffic, which can lead to lag, disconnections, or even temporary ISP blocks due to the abnormal connection load. While this does not compromise your personal information in any way, it does affect performance.

To help ensure stable access, we strongly recommend using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) during this period. A VPN provides a secure, private connection to our servers that cannot be interfered with by outside parties. It can also help bypass ISP throttling, which is common during this time of year—especially with IPTV services, websites, and streaming platforms. ISPs often won’t disclose throttling practices, but they are widely known and not illegal.

Please note: A VPN is a temporary recommendation, not a permanent requirement. We are actively implementing the largest security update we’ve ever undertaken. This update is designed to prevent these attacks, minimize throttling issues, and ensure a smooth, uninterrupted streaming experience moving forward.

We also want to acknowledge that some customers have not yet received their billing requests. We appreciate your patience—our entire team has been dedicated to stabilizing performance first. Billing requests are being resumed now.

We sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we complete this update. A smoother and more secure experience is on the way.
